  • I am using NextGen Gallery Version 1.0.3 and WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart Vesion 4.2.9.

Recently my gallery has disappeared and I am only seeing [Not a valid template] where the gallery use to be.
I haven’t changed anything and use the same shortcode to display the galleries with the add to cart button under each gallery item.

The shortcode I am using is: [nggallery id=1 template=”wp-cart”]
and the url of the page is:

    Please help!!!
    Thank you

@lutelford – Is the “wp-cart” template available for NextGEN Gallery to use? The message you are seeing generally points to an issue where the template being called is not found in the possible directories where NextGEN Gallery looks for templates.

I am getting the same error.

I followed the instructions on the tips and trick hq instruction page that said to put.

    [nggallery id=1 template=”wp-cart”]

Same as the description it said to put [wp_cart_button name=”My Photo 1″ price=”19.95″] in the description and it would add a “add to cart” button and now it shows the code and no button.

@lutelford did you find an answer to your issue

@t-can – Please start your own topic so we can try to help you with your specific issue on your specific site. Although this does appear to be more an issue with the other plugin than specifically with ours as we strongly recommend using the current NextGEN Gallery shortcodes [ngg_images ...] versus the older NextGEN Legacy shortcodes (as the examples are being noted in this topic).
