Nextgen Gallery and Right-to-Left Languages (5 posts)

I am using Nextgen Gallery on a website in Persian ,a Right-to-Left language. I use a translated version, using ",mo" and ".po" files for Persian. The website operated by WP and the setting is right-to-left. It can be seen here:

I have several problems with the Persian version of Nextgen Gallery that I think also applies to other Right-to-Left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew:
    1. I cannot create galleries with titles in Persian. Screenshot here.
The gallery with Persian title does not work. You can see a sample here. The same set of images in a new gallery with an English title work properly. You can see the sample page here.
    2. As I said, I am using ",mo" and ".po" files for Persian and everything in Admin is in Persian. But the text under the pictures (in the website) are still in English and I don't know how to translate them (Screenshot here). Also, the layout doesn't look right in a right-to-left page. The image in presentation seems to be in the wrong place.

Does anybody have any suggestion to fix these problems?

Uh, I never looked for a non-ascii language :-) I will look for the WordPress core code, maybe I can find some easy updates for ta future release, so that arabic should not such a hassle...

Thank you for all the work. Please let me know if I can assist you with translation of language files or anything else. By the way the language is Persian not Arabic, but I am sure if you fix the issue it works for all non-Latin alphabets.

By the way, when I create galleries with titles in Persian and upload images to it it doesn't even generate thumbnails in the admin.

Got the same problem as my Persian friend here only in Hebrew.
I've seen this thread where apparently a solution was found by editing the admin.php file of the PHP exif toolkit:

I couldn't however implement the solution with the explanations detailed in that thread- any way to get a bit of help\better explanation on implementation?

If it works could save a lot of coding work...
