    Hi,
I’ve been running NextGen Gallery for years.

    I have a website running WP 5.7 + Woocomerce 5.1.0 + NextGen 3.9.0 using DIVI theme builder 4.9.2.

I had some very mysterious errors in not showing correct products nor the correct number of products OT showing no products in woocommmerce pages created/ related to category or tag.

I tracked this down by switching all plugins out and the result was, that NextGEN is causing this problems.

Same error with WooCommerce 5.0. I think this error is somehow older (means with older WP Version or older WooCommerce version), because I remember wondering about the results in WooCommmerce product overview pages before, but I did not noticed the summary of this error in real.

But it is definitly caused by NextGEN Gallery.

  • They have a pinned post that has a fix:

I haven’t tried it yet though.

    Thanks @iguanamom,

Thanks for reading here in this issue and thanks for the link! I will give it a try.

Currently I’m in testing Modula plugin, because I want a more modern design for grid galleries. And hurray : it does NextGEN gallery conversion with one click.
    Very cool stuff!

    All the best!

@kraemit no problem I know how frustrating this stuff can be and it’s easy to skip over messages thinking they probably don’t relate to the issue at hand! Good luck!

I did a quick check using

    • (3.9.1), but unfortunately it does not work. My problems still exists (see thread start posting).

BTW: In the meanwhile I testet Envira and Modula. Testing Modula is easy, you can migrate your NextGEN Galleries with just one click and just need to add the shortcode in the new pages. +
So if you are in a hurry and need a fast workaoround, because your shop is down or does not work like mine, this might be a workaround!

I don’t like the Modula pricing, but that’s another story.
