NextGen Gallery

  • I have been working with NextGen for several months without any problems and have been delighted with it. Suddenly when I click on a thumbnail of any image linked to NextGen, whether it be in a post or in the sidebar recent image widget, the pop-up picture displays way below the active window. It is not possible to see the image entirely and there is a lot of white space between the top of the pop-up window and the image itself. Any ideas?
    Troubled.

  • I suspect that you added a new plugin or theme that has some javascript that is conflicting with the one used by NextGen. If you’ve added any new plugins recently try deactivating them and see if that clears up the issue. Also try switching to the default theme.

Thanks ever so much for your help. You were absolutely right. I had recently installed (Daiko’s youtube widget) which has a sidebar component and uses javascript. This has a compatibility problem with NextGen. I deactivated this plug-in and NextGen is displaying images correctly again.
