@tcovell – Are you seeing this same issue if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme?
Perhaps a link to your site showing the issue will also help with suggestions.
Thanks!

I checked and it looks like “A theme created for Capital City Events – based off the Twenty Ten theme from WordPress” is currently deployed.
Here is an example of a typical page on our site with the gallery deployed on the right side of the frame. http://www.capitalcityevents.com/about-capital-city-events/ Most pages have a gallery that was designed to auto-rotate images related to the subject matter on that page. The gallerie were not displaying images for the last several weeks – the box appeared but a gear on the top left would spin endlessly. I deactivated all plugins yesterday and reactivated everything this morning. Now the galleries box is displayed, but instead of a the spinning gear, there is now the broken link / picture thing displayed in the top left corner.
Sorry – my tech skills are limited!
@tcovell – It could be your “developer” created something that specifically relies on our NextGEN Legacy structures and may just need to be updated to use current NextGEN Gallery structures.
It may be best to submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) with your site specifics. We will need log in and FTP credentials to your WordPress installation, please include those with the Bug Report.
Thanks!
