I have the latest version, just downloaded today. Mediafiles all got optimized without problem. Next step was Nextgen galleries. I get this screen: NextGEN Gallery Bulk Optimize

This tool can optimize large batches (or all) of images from your media library. We have 546 images to optimize.

When I click start optimizing, the screen refreshes after few seconds and comes back the same.´
This is my plugin status info:
If updated versions are available below, you may need to enable write permission on the wp-content/ewww folder to use the automatic installs.
*Updates are optional, but may contain increased optimization or security patches
jpegtran: OK version: Independent JPEG Group's JPEGTRAN, version 9 13-Jan-2013
optipng: OK version: OptiPNG version 0.7.4
gifsicle: OK version: LCDF Gifsicle 1.70
pngout: OK version: Feb 21 2013
Graphics libraries - only need one, used for conversion, not optimization: GD: OK   Imagemagick 'convert': OK
    safe mode: Off  exec(): OK
Only need one of these: finfo: MISSING  getimagesize(): OK  mime_content_type(): MISSING

I clicked the debug option but you have to help me what the Debug info sections are, I see a very large number of lines in yellow, do not think I should post all that here, let me know if I do..
    Thanks!

Just adding that I started the OPTIMIZE ALMOST EVERYTHING and that seems to be working fine!

Looks like we have another nextgen bug. I'll track it down.

looks like it was related to the other nextgen bug that was fixed in 1.7.1.
That syntax error was caused by a line accidentally being deleted when I was doing cleanup. Apparently, there were actually 2 lines deleted, and that's causing the bulk operation to completely fail. The fix is in 'dev':

I am really sorry, but I have no idea what that means.. Can you tell me what I need to do?

    Deactivate the plugin, delete it.
Then download the plugin from that link and upload it via the Upload link in the WP Plugins->Add New area.
