Hi @and1rzej.
I am sorry to hear of the problem but it doesn’t look like we have been able to replicate and notice such issue on any testing installations.
I hope that you wouldn’t mind letting us know from what NextGen Gallery version you have updated and also if you can provide us with a a link of a gallery page that doesn’t currently work.
Thanks in advance,

[ update: ]
Today I did new gallery in album, and in new gallery NextGEN Basic Thumbnails does work
but as I said
yesterday after last update (Display galleries as) NextGEN Basic Thumbnails in all gallery in albums – stop working, all doesn’t work, all disappeared
plz for support – I really don’t know what to do … (thank you so much)
Hi @and1rzej,
Let’s try the following to see if it will help:
Try disabling, deleting, and reinstalling NextGEN Gallery. You will not lose any galleries or data, but it will refresh the plugin files and should hopefully correct your issue
Mihai
Thank you for support
I did, nothing change…
what to do now?
I have something like “NextGEN Gallery Reset”, can I try use it without lose of my gallery and albums?
Hi @and1rzej
There is a new release of our plugin.
Would you mind testing that quickly and see if that works for you?NextGen Gallery already has an option to reset their settings; I wouldn’t use anything else at this time. Please, test the last update and see if it works for you. If not, please let us know.

Hi
I did, but nothing change…
Hi @and1rzej
Let’s check if it is related to an existing conflict.
1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme. Please let us know how it goes.

done, but nothing change, problem still is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, and even with changing to a standard WordPress theme
Hi @and1rzej
One last test.
– Be sure that you have the latest version of our plugin installed (NextGen Gallery V 3.1.14)
– Create a new gallery (for testing).
– Insert that gallery into a new page and check if it’s working. If you keep having trouble, we might need to create a bug report, but it will be nice to have some information about your problem.
Are you able to see any error message/console error? You can use this tool to share a screenshot with us: http://www.screencast.com/
Please, keep us posted.

Yes – I think that it can be problem with hosting server:
