# NExtgen 2 Pro version – Lightbox

 * I want to buy your Pro version, so I just tried the Lightbox samples you have
   on your Pro examples page. On my Iphone 5.
 * Why can I not pinch to expand the image (and subsequently to make it small again
   later) ? We don’t carry magnifying glasses all the time 🙂 So it is essentially
   useless, as we see millions of people with mobile phones “pinching” here, there,
   everywhere …
 * The Lightbox from your Free version is fine.
 * Or was that only in your sample page ? Please let me know, this is the most critical
   feature of a Lightbox for me before I decide to buy and hope no problems like
   the rest here … Social features are useless if we can’t see or even read them
   due to the small size of mobile phones. It’s a new world, most visitors to our
   site come from a mobile gadget.

   should open full screen on your phone. If it’s not, that’s a bug issue of some
   kind. We tested quite a bit on iphones, so it would take some testing to figure
   what may be happening there.

 * The lightbox is just full screen, once fullscreen, you can’t pinch to shrink 
   or increase size. That’s fairly standard for any kind of full screen image lightbox
   on mobile. Since it’s full screen and the only item on the page, you shouldn’t
   be able to make it any larger than it already is. If you’re seeing something 
   different, please go ahead and submit a support note via your members area and
   we’ll look into it. Thanks!

 * Thanks, so it cannot be done on pro version.
    Like i said before, you can pinch
   with the lightbox you have on your free version, same with other lightbox. Since
   i cannot use Pro, please bring back the “none” option under Effects in your nex
   release. you can see people pinching images on their mobile phones. I am Currently
   writing this from my phone, and i need to pinch it to see better. So this should
   be the standard.

 * On a related note, how are iPhone/mobile users supposed to conveniently close
   a photo once in Lightbox mode? There is a tiny “x” at the top right, but that
   is not a good user experience for a mobile user since that button is so tiny.
   I have witnessed several users struggle when using the NextGEN Pro Ligthbox effect
   in my galleries. Any suggestions?
