# next_post_link trouble

 * the link that _next\_posts\_link_ produce in my site is [http://website.com/Index.php?paged=2](http://website.com/Index.php?paged=2)
 * How come there’s an ‘index.php’ in front?
    Thus when I use the almost pretty 
   permalink using ‘index.php’ the link will become [http://website.com/index.phpIndex.php?paged=2](http://website.com/index.phpIndex.php?paged=2)
   and that link won’t take me the second page…

 * FWIW I’ve got the same problem, using ‘really pretty permalinks’. There are several
   similar threads here with no real suggestions on a solution.
