 * Once upon a time, back in 2.0 days you could calendar into my blogs, open an 
   entry, then navigate anywhere with Previous Entry, Next Entry. This broke when
   I went to 2.1. It is still broken in 2.3.3
 * I thought it was my theme or the hacks I’ve made. However I have a completely
   stock install on another blog, and sure enough, the problem.
 * If I open a monthly archive, then a whole entry, I can previous/next through 
   the month, but not into a different month. If I open a single post directly, 
   nothing. This is what view source shows:
 *  <div class=”navigation”>
    <div class=”alignleft”></div> <div class=”alignright”
   ></div> </div>
 * Is this working as designed?
