“Next Sent” Time Inaccurate

    I have my Send Time settings as follows:

    Periodicity: Send Every 7 Days
    Send Time: 0 Hours, 15 Minutes
    Days Of Week: Friday
    Wait before send: Wait 0 Days

    But when I click “Update”, the “Next Send” reads as: 2021-07-15 00:15, which was actually this morning (in the past). No matter what day of the week I select, the “Next Send” time reverts back to 2021-07-15 00:15.

    Additionally, the only setting that seems to affect the “Next Send” time is is the “Wait before send”. If I set it to 1 day, it updates to 2021-07-16 00:15, but again no matter what day of the week I select it doesn’t change this.

    Hi Dima, I’m still getting the odd issue where all the reports that send then stagger their “Next Send” times after each send. Please see the attached screenshot: https://snipboard.io/BYLa78.jpg

    This is why I’m curious if I need to set each one to send at a different time, as it seems like scheduling them all for the same send times seems to trigger this discrepancy.

    Hi there, this bug still exists, although it is only occurring randomly. I have all 50 of my reports staggered to be set up 5 minutes apart. For 40 out of 50 this works perfectly, but there are a few that, as before, jump two weeks ahead once they are sent out. Please look into this ASAP and get back to me, thanks.
