Next Page Validation

My problem:
The “next page” button doesn’t warn user about requiered fields.

Here are the details:
I’ve got a 3 page form. On the second page, i have a checklist that is requiered.

If an item is checked, the next page button works properly.
If an item is NOT checked, nothing happens when the button is clicked.

There are no messages, styling changes, etc. The button simply does nothing.
