Next page conflict with plugin

Hi Guys,

My next page tag wont split the post into separate pages instead it will just show the next page icon and numbers at the bottom of the page but still not splitting the page into pages. the only thing I can think of is plugin conflict, ive looked for all other answers and there is no reason it shouldn’t work.
