 * Theres 2 new bugs that appeared in 2.5.17 that has affected every single one 
   of my sites. The previous month bug others have mentioned. Attached an image 
   to demonstrate.

 * Still broken in 2.5.18. It looks like it’s a problem with local/GMT time.
