next link in addition to list of posts?

Hi,

I love this plugin, just what I need. But when I do a quite comprehensive series of posts, it’s not very convenient for the reader to find the next post from the (long) list.

Is here a way to add a “read next post in series” link above the list? Or maybe you can add this as an option to the plugin’s features in addition to the “text before/after serial name” option?

Or can you give me a hint on how to add this myself to the plugin? I’m not a programmer but able to hack some PHP on a try-and-error basis 😉
