 * can someone tell me how to navigate when I open a Lightbox for a gallery. I hit
   the arrow keys, but it doesn’t work.

 * That’s odd as the majority of them support key navigation. Could you please let
   us know what lightbox effect have you selected from **“NextGen Gallery -> Other
   Options -> Lightbox Effects -> What lightbox would you like to use?”**
 * If you can’t navigate through the images, could you please first of all ensure
   that it didn’t open the image as a direct link checking the browser’s address
   bar? This could be due to a conflict that’d prevent lightbox to open or in case
   that you had the lightbox set to** “None”**.
