Hey @majik_imaje – Check that your server write permissions for /wp-content/gallery are 755 (or have your hosting provider confirm this). Than try setting your site permalinks to ‘post name’ under Settings >> Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard. If both these actions don’t work, try installing our most recent release [as of today] and try again. You may also run the reset tool under Gallery > Other Options > Reset tool. We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

If again, it doesn’t resolve the error: Would you mind going through the steps outlined in our forum thread: click here , and then let us know your results and info if needed? Thank you! 🙂

    Thank You Becky

    1. I did update the server settings from 711 – 755
    2. I did set the site permalinks to “post name”
    3. I emptied my browser cache
    4. I used the Reset tool
But still when I upload an image into the gallery
it shows up as a blank (broken image)

Thank you for giving those steps a try @majik_imaje . Would you mind submitting a bug report to us http://www.imagely.com/report-bug ? We’ll need to take a closer look to see why the error persists. If you haven’t already gone through the troubleshooting steps outlined [ here ] you might give that one more read through just in case something there may resolve the error.
