Newsletter/signup help

Hello everyone,

I am looking for some help/suggestions on how to add a feature to my new site. The development site is http://s151099858.onlinehome.us/climatini, we are looking to have a newsletter/email notification system for the site but we are looking to allow people which categories they would like to receive. Example – I want New York and Chicago only or I want them all or I want San Francisco only.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
