Newsletters no more sent

    Hello,

    We have a WP install (5.1.1) with mailchimp for WP 4.4

    Until now when we publish a post with the category Communication/newsletters it was sent by mailchimp.

    Suddently this stop to work

    Any clue ?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please note that our plugin only subscribes the user and does not send an email. You will need to check if your website’s RSS feed is connected to your MailChimp campaign. For further details, you will need to contact the support of MailChimp.com

    I’m sorry, I don’t understand this sentence :

    You will need to check if your website’s RSS feed is connected to your MailChimp campaign.

    What does that mean, where in WP admin must I check if this is set ?

    Hey Luc,

    This would have to be checked in your MailChimp.com account.

    Please read this https://kb.mc4wp.com/send-email-campaign-with-latest-posts/. We had written about how to set this up. So maybe you can check the campaign you have in MailChimp and then see if the RSS link you entered in MailChimp still works.
