Newsletter Sign-Up settings for iContact

    The Newsletter Sign-up settings for iContact seem pretty straightforward until I get to the two fields of “Name” and “Value” above which is written: “For some newsletter services you need to specify some static data, like a list ID or your account name. You can specify the name / keys and values here and it will be sent along with the other required fields. Just empty the name field and hit save to delete a name / value pair.”
    I’ve entered a variety of name / value pairs, but no matter what, when I try to sign up from my website, all I get is a new page with a long string of what looks to me like HTML code.
    What name / value pairs do I need to fill in here?
