Newsletter sent to two lists subscribers of both received mail twice

    I sent a newsletter to two lists and subscribers of both lists received the newsletter twice. Newsletters shouldn’t be sent to the same email address twice, right? even if a subscriber is subscribed to two lists. I´ve been using the plugin for a year and I´ve never had this problem before or I´ve never realized. Is there any way to fix this?

    I´ve been using the plugin for a year and I´ve never had this problem before or I´ve never realized.

    We’ve never seen this happening before as well. Make sure you don’t have any other newsletter running/sending/scheduled.

    I have other newsletters running but they are not the same newsletter. Subscribers have received the same email (newsletter) twice. Is it just possible to have one newsletter at a time?
