Newsletter popup on button click

    Is there any possibility to show newsletter popup on a button click from website.
    I have a button on post “Subscribe to our newsletter” and currently using contact form 7 for this. I have to collect data from both databases(contact form 7 & SumoMe) and import it into my lead process.
    Any type of help would be appreciated.
