Hello sir,
Maintenance Mode And Coming Soon Page is different plugin and it connect your subscriber with your newsletter services like Mailchimp, Madmimi, Constant Contact, icontact and many more others email services.
I will explain here. in coming soon you will need to configure your subscriber options with give above newsletter API’s and when some one will subscribe on your coming soon page then that user email is automatically push to given newsletter email services.
