    What about the results of sending test from the diagnostic panel?

    Email sent with Newsletter: SUCCESS

    But nothing actually happens!

    Uhm, it means the mails are probably blocked by your provider. The plugin just send them to the local delivery system and the result is ok.

    Can you open a ticket with the provider? Which is your hosting provider?

    A simple test is to create a free account on mailtrap and set the SMTP data they give you inside Newsletter. Then do a test and mailtrap should list the sent emails.
