Newsletter not publishing and Jetpack app not working

    I’ve tried to get my blog to email an RSS newsletter whenever my blog releases new content, but it’s not working.

    Your Jetpack app doesn’t always display up to date comments on the app, and it can take hours after the comment has been made before it appears in your app.

    also, although I’ve set my comment so that it should allow a commenter to comment without the need for verification if one’s been verified before, this doesn’t happen. Almost all comments from actual people goes to the trash folder, where as spam accounts get hold for moderation

    May we know how you’ve set it up? You can provide us the steps.

    Your Jetpack app doesn’t always display up to date comments on the app, and it can take hours after the comment has been made before it appears in your app…. accounts get hold for moderation.

    For the app issue, could you please reach us directly by logging in to the Jetpack app and navigating to Me → Help → Contact Support. That way your app issue will land to the correct team with your email address and we will reply you there regarding the app issue.

    going to the Jetpack settings for the Newsletter settings. There was an option when writing a blog post to set newsletter settings, as I remember sending a test one, which worked. But the RSS newsletter never came. I take it things have changed a lot since your newsletters 5 years ago?

    I have an open ticket through your app, but your app is buggy as hell and won’t let me send messages to your help team through it. Just “message failed. Tap to retry”, but it never ever goes through

    Hello @unwantedlife – For the RSS, we now have only RSS Links widget available but if you want to send updates to your users, I would recommend you to use Jetpack Newsletter Feature and yes we did lot of changes in the Newsletter and improved it. You can give it a try (if you are not using it).

    For the App issue could you please write us in the form here and mention there to transfer your issue to the Jetpack App team (add reference number 8679143 in the form) or reply us here, we will find your form submission and do the needful from our side.

    Hi, thanks for getting back to me. However, your reply didn’t tackle the issue I’m having with your newsletter. It should be set up to your new newsletter process, but it’s not sending the newsletters. It will send a test newsletter, but not a newsletter when my posts are published. That’s what I need help with.

    Hello @unwantedlife – I don’t see any issue in Jetpack from my side so it should send the newsletter. I’ve just subscribed to your site using our email address, so could you please publish another post so that we can see if we receive the newsletter?

    Also I was checking the newsletter form that you have setup on your website, for example at https://example.com/subscribe [replace example.com with your site address], and I see you have those forms set for MailerLite. Could you please confirm if you are using MailerLite or Jetpack Newsletter?

    And please a test post to have us check if we received the newsletter.

    MailerLite is the newsletter I’m seeking to replace, but there’s not point replacing it until your newsletter works, so there’s no point adding wordpress sign-up forms and widgets until I can get your service to actual send the newsletter.

    I don’t know what form you’re referring to with the example.com reference you’re making.

    I’ve already tested your newsletter. It hasn’t sent a newsletter on either of the Wednesdays when I have my posts scheduled to be published, but it will send a test newsletter, as I’ve already said
