Newsletter conflict with Admin Menu Editor

    I have a client that uses the Newsletter plugin with the Admin Menu Editor plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-menu-editor/) and something happened recently to cause a conflict between them.

    When the Admin Menu Editor plugin is active, the following sub-menus disappear from the Newsletter menu in the dashboard:

    Welcome
    Subscription steps
    Subscription form
    Newsletters
    Subscribers
    Statistics

    My first thought was that maybe someone went and hid the menu items using the Admin Menu Editor, but I checked and they aren’t hidden and the user level is set to editor. When I deactivate the Admin Menu Editor the menu items re-appear.

    Any thoughts on how to make them play well together?

    This problem was on my end, not with the Newsletter or Admin Menu Editor plugins. Everything is working properly now.
