Newsletter Choices

Hi, our Mailchimp account has only one audience by name “All Contacts”. During subscription they have choice to subscribe to
1. Newsletter via email
AND/OR
2. Email notifications of talks at Gautam’s residence in Mumbai

These two are under GDPR section. There are no MERGE field tags for these.

In the form I have this

How do I connect these to Mailchimp in ChimpaticLite tab?

Right now I have not connected them anywhere but all new subscribers are going with both newsletters choices ON irrespective of if they choose one or both.
