News Ticker Showing greyed headlins in post pages

When I navigate to a post page I am getting the news ticker scrolling and then below that a broken grey ticker with other posts showing. It does not happen on home pages or category pages but when you open a post it breaks and shows other scrolling headlines greyed out and frozen in place. How do you fix this??
