news-sitemap.xml empty?

Hello,

I am having a weird issue where all of my sitemaps are generating perfectly except for my news one, http://journalistsresource.org/news-sitemap.xml.

All over 1000 posts should be listed here (http://journalistsresource.org/sitemap_index.xml), I can’t figure out if it’s configuration or settings? Anyone have a similar problem and know what to do?
