 * You told me one month ago that the API will be live at the end of January, but
   i don’t see anything new … How can we access it ? We really need it to sync our
   tickets

 * Sorry for the delay in releasing Rest APIs. The development has been finished
   and it is in testing phase. We encountered with some major bug that’s why it 
   gets delayed.
 * Rest assured, it will be completed in 2 weeks.
