news feed, syndication and social media

I suspect this plugin doesn’t exist, but as the concept covers so many bases, searching is turning up loads of stuff that isn’t relevant so hopefully someone here may be able to help.

I’m looking to provide a news feed on my site.

The idea is to create a list of short news headlines, almost like a news ticker but static rather than scrolling or fading. (the ‘list’ display on DittyTicker would look about right)

The items in the news list could link to articles on my site or link to content on other sites.

When an item is published to the news feed, I’d like it to go into our twitter feed too.

I’d also like to make this feed available to third parties and partner sites who would use it as a syndicated or sponsored news feed on their site.

Does such a plugin exist?
