News Annuncements Scroll Stopped Working

It just stopped. It has been working just fine in a Widget and via shortcode. Now neither will work. Nothing displays. Using the latest version of the plugin in WP 4.3.1 and now 4.4. Will not work in any browser or on any computer. The only thing I have done is to add some announcements.

Is there any announcement content that could cause this? To long lines? HTML codes? (I’m only using bold and line break codes.)

I have tried uninstalling the plugin, downloading and reinstalling the plugin.

Any clues to this problem would be appreciated.

I’m still looking for ideas why I get no news announcement scroll. The shortcode, [news-announcement type=”widget”] displays nothing.

Of course the plug-in is active. It has been working fine. It just stopped for some reason. I’m running WP 4.4. The WP update did not cause it. I did not edit any code. Using News Announcement scroll 8.7.1

Actually it was moved to the left side of the footer! Weird… Any idea to fix it?

I’ve found out the culprit… Minify from W3 Total Cache. After disabling Minify, the plugin is working again.

not working for me too again 🙂
in last update v8.8
im not using any cache plugin .

fixed by cleaning my Browser Cache 🙂

Hi,

I have lots of shortcode scrolls on the website I manage and now none of them are appearing anymore and I have no idea what went wrong. I did update the website to the latest version the other day. Could that have something to do with it? There are lots of blank sections on the site now where there used to be scrolls of projects, news etc. Can someone please help me? I really don’t know what to do.
