 * Hi,
 * I’m using W3TC on my client’s site. I got this problem twice now. First sight
   is when we’re login to dashboard, we’re always got `500: Internal Server Error`.
   I checked the error_log at /wp-admin and got this surprisingly:
 *     ```

       ```
   
 * I assume that the file is missing, and yes it is. I’ve try these:
    1. Upload 
   NewRelicService.php via FTP, successfully transferred, then its gone 2. Upload
   the same file via cPanel File Manager, successfully uploaded, then its gone 3.
   Create a file via File Manager, copy-paste the file content, successfully save,
   then its gone
 * Its the same condition when I got this problem last August 4. The only way I 
   resolve it is by deactivating and uninstalling the plugin via file manager. And
   the dashboard is up again.
 * FYI, I never edit or change the plugins file.
 * Anyone has the same problem? Any suggestion?

    yeah finally this issue was solved up. It was a server issue and I talked
   with their support team and the problem is gone.

 * Can you please post the fix here, I’m having the problem and the shared webhost
   server says its a plugin problem

 * The Collector,
    All I did just contact the hosting support team. I told them 
   the situation and they asked me to did some tests, like reuploading it via cPanel
   and FTP, but I just got the same condition. Then they’re told me it was kinda
   false alarm of the malware protection. And soon after that, my issue has just
   resolved. 🙂
