• When a user requests a password reset, they receive the email containing the reset link, and are able to successfully change their password. However when they try to log in using the new password, they receive the following error:

ERROR: The password you entered for the username [username] is incorrect. Lost your password?

If I reset the password from within the WordPress Users in the backend, it works perfect. I have tried this on multiple browsers with the same result.

    Hi @cholmes28,

Please update to the latest Ultimate member core 2.0.54 and to the latest WordPress version and see if it helps.

    Regards.

I just saw this while searching for a fix. I just updated to the latest UM core, and that did not fix this issue. This is really frustrating, because no one can reset their password. What makes this even worse, is that when a user tries to enter their new password unsuccessfully 3 times, the limit login attempts kicks in and ALL users need to wait for 5 minutes before they can login, and this includes admins.
