Well, the main blog shoudl still be uploading them to the same spot. It;s only the new sub blogs that should be going to the blogs.dir folder.
Is it sticking them in blogs.dr/1/files/ or somewhere else? i’m not seeing any images on the latest couple of posts.
What;s it say under Super Admin -> Sites when you edit the main site? Right under “uploads path”
What plugins are you using? Did you create your own theme?
I created my own theme and added MU and then, a lot of files I was uploading weren’t working correctly because I did not specify the correct upload path.
Also, make sure your .htaccess file is correctly written.
Hi Andrea! The uploads path is wp-content/blogs.dir/1/files. There are no images on the new posts since this happened because the site is looking for them at the old uploads path. Should I change the uploads path to the old spot and if so, what exactly do I put there?
Andrew, I’m not using using any new plugins that might have caused the problem. I’m using Thesis theme.
Update: I found the correct path and it works: wp-content/uploads
