It sends to 40 autoresponders. It seems that the autoresponders do not take into account subscribers who joined after the autoresponder was created.

    Hi Patryk,

You are using the premium version of Mailster which has a different channel for support.
As a side note: We offer support to clients (here or in the premium channels) who maintain business lines of communication and do not blackmail with ratings and bad behavior, as you did all those years.

    Best regards.

I don’t see any support and I’m not blackmailing. The plugin is weak and the process of getting support from the author is reprehensible.

I’ve been trying to solve this problem for years, but none of you were willing to do anything, hence this opinion.

    Most valuable for potential customers.

Is interesting that you didn’t accepted the refund we provided and you still use the plugin for all those years.
The reason you will not get any support was explained clearly at that time. The fact you continue to post one star reviews will not change this.

At first, support responded and tried to find problems. Support tracked down the conflicting solution, so it worked fine for a while.

Later, I didn’t get any more answers, the refund had to be converted, the exchange rate didn’t pay off. Besides, don’t assume that you’ll return the funds and the problem will be solved. Giving funds to dissatisfied customers is not a good option. Your answer is arrogant in my opinion.

I figured that since support cared about my case at the time and they wanted the plugin to offer the promised features, I didn’t get suspicious. Today I see how the features promised in the description don’t match reality.

    1. Autoresponders are not sent to all users, although they are on the same lists and are sent to the same domain (e.g. Gmail).
    2. Automations – despite the set triggers, they don’t activate where other automations work properly.
    3. The form takes a long time to load, I asked what could be the reason, to this day I don’t know anything.

Of course you will try to make me feel guilty, but I will not change my assessment and I think that arrogant explanation will not change it. It is simply feedback for you to improve the plugin in the future. Not everyone is an advanced programmer, your product should be intuitive and above all cope with configurations that de-facto promise in the offer.

    Greetings to the team
Maybe someone will read this and analyze it.
