Support » Plugin: Contact Form 7 » Newletter – contact form error message

  • Resolved greenyx

I encounter an issue with the Newsletter contact form of the Flastome theme.
Each time a user is trying to register to the newsletter, he’s getting this error message: “An error occurred while sending your address. Please try again later.

    Website :
-> click on the “newsletter” button and enter credentials and once you’ll click on “C’EST PARTI” you’ll get this error message.

It seems that I get the red border but when I’m checking MailChimp, I can see that names and new subscribers are updated. Therefore I’m not sure it’s coming from the mail server.

Thanks in advance for your help and return,

    Best regards,

Welcome to Support Forum — Please Read Before Posting

We know that there are commercial theme vendors who bundle third-party plugins with their theme packages. If a plugin is bundled with a theme, the plugin is part of the theme, and the responsibility of support lies with the theme vendor, not with the original plugin author. If you use the Contact Form 7 plugin that has come with the theme you use, support requests posted in this forum are likely to be turned down, and you will be asked to contact the theme vendor instead.

I am having the same problem on website.

Using plugin “Easy WP SMTP” and testing that plugin could send a test email successfully the Contact Form worked.

    Thank you @tonim07 , I’ll try this !
Thanks again a lot for your help!
