 * the default email is the main admin email.
 * As written in the [plugin description](https://wordpress.org/plugins/essential-form/),
   you can change the default by adding this code to the functions.php of your child
   theme or to a functional plugin:

 * In your case you need to replace ‘youremail@mail.com’ with your email.
 * There are no settings for this plugin. It’s only customizable via code, or some
   shortcode parameters.
