Hello, I am new to WP Simple Pay and have a few quesitons:

    – Can I have just one form that gives the user the option of either (1) one-time fee of $300 or (2) 6-month subscription at $60 per month? Or does the plugin require that two separate forms are created for these separate amounts?
    – For a subscription, how would I actually implement a 6-month subscription for $60 per month? Would I enter $60 in initial setup fee and then 5 or 6 for the charge limit?

    Thanks!
    Ryan

    Hello @ryanleeh,

The Lite version of the plugin does not support subscriptions so if you are using that version of the plugin (the one this support forum is for) then you won’t be able to use subscriptions at all.

With the Plus level (or higher) of the Pro version, you can have a one-time payment and 6-month subscription on the same form by creating a subscription for both.

For the 6 month subscription, you would simply create a $60 subscription with max-charges set to 6 in the Simple Pay admin.

Thanks, Adam. I have the pro version. So would I choose “user-selected plan”? Do I also need to connect the plan with a product/price I’ve set up in Stripe? Currently when testing I get a “no such plan” message when I click the pay button.

Is there anyone who might be willing to hop on a screen sharing call with me? I’m having a lot of issues getting things working.
