Newbie needs to know how to edit certain parts of his page

I paid someone to create a wordpress page for me and i love it. it is now time to become self sufficient. My page is http://www.theconradagency,com. I know how to edit parts of the site, but not all of it. For instance, the following is one of the first major sections on my page “Welcome to the Home of Gary Conrad and The Conrad Agency Providing Personalized Insurance Solutions for The Self-Employed, Seniors and Individuals in the greater Portland, Oregon area. Learn More or Contact Us Today.” I cannot find where to edit this. The second thing I don’t know how to edit is a link from the third page under “Happy Holidays.” It is a duplicate of that area on the first page and I want to change it.
