Create a form on a page using Contact Form 7, JetPack or Fast Secure Contact form plugins. When someone submits a form, the information will be automatically captured in the database.
Log into the administration panel to go to the page to view or export submission data. There is also a short code builder page there to help you create short codes that you can then place on a page or post to display information that has been submitted.

i see, i created a simple contact form with easy contact by jetpack.
but on the short code sheet the “choose form” drop down list is empty.
also what is the export bar used to?

“JetPack Contact Form” is different from “Easy Contact Forms” plugin. This plugin works with the former but not the latter.
You will not see anything listed in the admin page until you have at least one form submission. The plugin is not aware of form definitions, only of form submissions.
Some people have complained recently that it is not working with JetPack but I haven’t been able to reproduce this problem in order to fix it.
