Newbie / Add More Items in Screen Options

    Hi guys!

    I am new to WordPress and reading tutorials all the time to advance. A friend of mine upload the WordPress site and now i am filling content to it.

    I am missing “Upload PDF” button from the Edit Window. How can i activate it? Is it from the “Screen Options” is not listed there now, but it was once. I don’t know how to add more categories to the “Screen Options” could you let me know?

    WordPress does not natively have an upload pdf button, but you can use the regular media uploader to upload pdfs as well. If there was a button where you said there used to be one, go up to the top right of the page where it says “screen options,” there might be a list of a few things there you would be looking for something there that had to do with pdfs.

    I think i used to have a button in Screen Options but the Option of this button is not there anymore.

    How can i add new items to the Screen Option up menu?

    Check under plugins the plugin might have been deactivated.
