new WordPress on Godaddy. Damn Slow.

I want to be crazy. Why wordpress on GoDaddy so slow.

My website is http://www.stepup.com.my/

I use default theme, only use Contact Form 7 plugins. Other plugins all I have disable.

Anyway to solve this problem?
