    Hi there,

Woocommerce updated to the latest version 4.0.1 (with analytics). After that, with each click on the analytics in woocommerce menu in the Worpress panel, we continuously gets the Internal Server Error 500.
After negotiating with the hosting company, we realized that it is because of the resource limits of CPU and Ram usage limits of the Server. Despite, our CPU and Ram Resources upgraded to 250% of its normal limits, this problem continues.

Could you please help me with that?

    Thank you in advance,
    M. Etezadi

    Hey there!

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi,

Just check the system status and see which plugins is not tested with the new version of the woocommerce and disable the ones with “not tested with the current version of woocommerce” one by one. you will find out which one have conflict. And email the developer of the plugin.

For our site, it was because of the shipping plugin. After, update of the plugin by developer the problem solved.

    Regards,
