Support » Plugin: Store Hours Manager for WooCommerce » new version make ´s box disappear

  • I updated from 4.1.2, and the notification box disappeared altogether, meaning the markup is not in the HTML source anymore…

do you have other reports about this?

To continually develop and improve the plugin, in the latest release, we changed the default notification behavior to a Box layout with fixed dismiss duration. This allows the Store Closed status notification to be more dominant for visiting customers, informing them of the status.

In addition, to better optimize the notification with cache based plugins and services, we changed to AJAX instead of HTML source.

As you can see, we tried to reproduce the behavior you outlined, version 4.1.2 updating to version 4.2.22 and the new notification box is loading.

If you made customizations to the HTML from version 4.1.2, you can revert back, by downloading the previous version from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/order-hours-scheduler-for-woocommerce/advanced/ or customize using the new AJAX based code.

My popup will not go away when the customer clicks exit. And there is no option to take away the popup without paying for pro-version. Considering deactivating if I cannot disable the popup or fix the popup from reappearing every 5 seconds.

to be honest, and with all the due respect for what was such a great plugin, I think the last update was a bust

I reverted to 4.1.2, and until that works, I will keep the plugin

    then we’ll see

Good advice Marco, I just did the same.

    Cheers,
    Jesse

WTF is all I have to say. Thanks for taking advantage of retailers during the pandemic. Plugin, uninstalled.

Hi, Everything is perfect, except that it pops-up all the time. What is the point of “Close” button then? And “Trigger notifications time by”: “Site visit” or “Page visit”? It is the same. Pop-up triggers all the time. I’m sorry to say, but that way free version is completely useless. I hope you will change your mind and do it the right way.
