I only discovered it because I use Infinite WP to manage my sites and it installs a Worker plugin on the site and when I tried to access the site to update something, I got this fatal error. Then when I tried to get into the backend of the site I got a white screen with the error on it. NO MORE SITE!!! Not even the blank screen with the error message is showing up. I made the change to lines 67 and 69 and I reuploaded the index.php and overwrote the original (which I saved). That should do the job.
