New version crashes site

    Hello,

    The new version has made a checkout page crash. We have lost 3 days of sales
    I have reinstalled and Mondial Relay is not available.
    Same thing rolling back to 3.0.7 version

    WE ARE A WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS !!!! We missed 3 days of the most important time of the year because of this.

    Please advise on how to get Mondial Relay back.

    Mondial relay is suffering a surcharge, please could you switch on Chronopost Shop2shop.

    We are working on solve the issue with our latest version.

    ahbdigital, install WP-rollback and with it rollback the plugin to version 3.0.7 and it’ll work again

    i dont understand why packlink is not rolling back the whole 3.1 version as it keeps being updated automatically for everyone who has automatic plugin update that came with the last WP update. very bad support from packlink

    Hello,

    We have restored the old version, had to reconfigure everything.
    Impossible to configure international shipping as the only country available is France.

    We are loosing many customers orders !

    Could you please advise on how to solve this ?

    Did you add the Zone on your shipping settings?
