Is that correct? * Thread Starter [Action Turtle](https://wordpress.org/support/users/benjaminbernard/) * (@benjaminbernard) * [12 years, 1 month ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/new-version-broke-customizer/#post-5072421) * Yea… * I was working on one of the sites in my network (i barely ever use the customizer) but I needed that to change someone and when I went in there it just kept refreshing and refreshing… I searched around online for some solutions and most people said to make a new folder in my wp-content folder called bad plugins and move all my plugins to there… * Then I checked to see if the problem had gone away… luckily it had… So i started to add the plugins back one by one until the problem began again… in the end the only plug-in left in the bad plugins folder was the all in one security and the site was functioning perfectly… So I went back to my old server and grabbed the older version and thats how I knew that would work… because it had before… so the bug is somewhere in there… * Plugin Contributor [mbrsolution](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mbrsolution/) * (@mbrsolution) * [12 years, 1 month ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/new-version-broke-customizer/#post-5072422) * Okay we are on track to find out what the problem is. There might be just one of the settings that is causing this issue. Another words the plugin will still protect your site but you won’t be able to enable one or a few of the advance settings. That can be due to the fact that your current theme is not implementing the code correctly for that function. * What I suggest is to install the latest version 3.7.6 and only enable the basic settings and test to see if the issue still occurs.
