# New Version 3.1 Not Working

 * Just upgraded to version 3.1 of the plugin and the admin screen for the plugin
   has a blank page. I have changed permissions on the cache folder, but still have
   a blank admin page.
 * Please advise.

 * Also, for the record, I have de-activated and re-activated the plugin as well
   as deleting and re-installing.
 * Still does not work.

 * Just for the plugin, or your entire administration area?

 * As I said, the admin screen for the plugin.

 * Can you send me a screenshot?
 * Also, just to confirm, it would be worthwhile to delete all plugin files, and
   redownload from WordPress.org.

 * The message at the top wants you to change the permissions on the cache directory
   in the plugin directory to 777.
 * I’ve done that and all it does is make the message at the top go away, but my
   screen looks the same (without the message at the top of course).

 * Does the upgrade to PRO page or the What’s New page load?
 * This is likely caused by a corrupt installation.
 * I would de-activate, and uninstall the plugin. Then install it again so you can
   get the most recent files. There was an issue for a short period of time where
   not all of the plugin files were being downloaded.
 * Also, it needs the permissions fixed to work properly, which is why that notice
   is present.
 * Keep in mind that you may have version 3.1, but the current version 3.1 up on
   WordPress.org is different.

 * I set the permissions to 777, and the warning message went away. But even after
   that, under the settings for the app, I get nothing but blank screens for any
   of the three menu items. I’ve already deleted and re-downloaded the plugin. Any
   other ideas?

 * Would it be possible for you to turn on debugging and see what the error is?
 * In wp-config.php, you can turn on debugging with this:
 * define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

 * I found the issue. You must be using an older version of PHP. I had a piece of
   code that used something that was relatively recent for PHP.
 * Version 3.1.1 should fix this. It will be live momentarily on WordPress.org.

 * All versions have this fixed and it is confirmed after version 3.1.1.
 * Resolving the topic. If you still have issues, please create another support
   thread so I can help you directly there.

 * Confirmed, appears to all be fixed on my site.
 * Thanks
