Dear Support,
I read your threads, I will go ahead and upgrade and then relink my account. I had checked those settings the other day after we upgraded but the videos were not showing up and it stated we were linked to Grab-Media. We will advise after the upgrade/testing if all is OK. Thank you
newsthrottle,
Thanks for keeping us updated. We posted the email that was sent out to our publishers last week here, which may have some helpful information about the release and upgrade process:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/grabpress-30-release-notes-for-publishers?replies=1
The migration of video feeds for our registered publishers was a one time migration, just prior to the 3.0 release last week. Therefore, I don’t think there should be any issue with the API.
If you have any specific technical issues with regard to SSL support, or getting your migrated video feeds to appear once you link your Grab Media publisher account (in WordPress settings > GrabPress), assuming you had your GrabPress instances linked to a Grab Media account, please let us know the details so we can go from there.
Please note that if you are running GrabPress 2.3.7 (or older), we will not be supporting Autoposter feeds for much longer. The reasons for this are stated in the email we sent out (also in the link listed above). We encourage all our users to upgrade to GrabPress 3.0.1+ as soon as possible, eventually the old Autoposter feeds will stop working.
Also, since the feed migration already occurred last week (Autoposter feeds migrated to Catalog video feeds), then users who upgrade in the future, will need to manually recreate their video feeds after the upgrade. If you have any further questions about this, please send us your details and questions. Thanks again for using GrabPress.
Noted and email was clear on what would occur. Thanks for the prompt replies. Will advise shortly, we plan on upgrading later this evening during off hours. Have a great day!
All good on our end, thank you for all the support.
